helpful staff wonderful breakfast average room uncomfortable space
the staff were helpful and personable ALL the time. Breakfast was wonderful every morning i found many options.
my room was average i found it not really comfortable. There was nowhere to sit except on the bed i did not like it

I found the staff helpful . they assisted with directions and provided recommendations for local restaurants. the location proved convenient. I enjoyed being so close to various attractions. the provided breakfast offered a satisfactory selection of items.
i noticed the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a minor inconvenience.

small room sewage smell
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with good transport links.
The room was quite small (definitely not ideal for longer stays). Housekeeping entered our room despite the "do not disturb" sign. They claimed it was a mistake, but it felt intrusive. there was a noticeable sewage smell in the bathroom, unpleasant.
